Who we are

Plan-T is a nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas. Our website address is https://plan-t.org.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us on purpose: your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or send us a message through the contact form, and your name, email and donation details when you make a gift.

What we do not collect

This website does not load fonts, scripts, images or analytics from third-party servers. Your browser talks only to plan-t.org. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.

Donations

Payments are handled by our payment processor. Your card details go to them directly and never touch our servers. We keep a record of the gift, your name and your email so we can send you a receipt and, if you ask for it, news about the forest you helped plant.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we send one letter a month. Every letter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Donation records are kept for as long as the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page.
